Delegates are awarded the Certificate on successful completion of one 2-hour written paper and a practical assessment which involves safety monitoring of a construction site and the production of a formal report under examination conditions.

Travelling southbound on the M3

Exit at Junction 11 to Winchester B33335. At traffic lights turn left to Twyford/Bishops Waltham.
Pass through Twyford and you will approach a roundabout, take the exit sign posted B3354, turn left onto B2177 to Bishops Waltham, passing Fishers Pond public house and The Queen's Head public house on left hand corner.
Travel approximately 3-4 miles to large roundabout. At roundabout take second exit towards Wickham (New Place sign posted), passing the Total garage on left.
Travel to next roundabout, take second exit towards Wickham, travel on approximately 2 miles into Waltham Chase, passing Chase Inn on left.
Travel through Waltham Chase, continuing over crossroads/traffic lights towards Shedfield. Continue through Waltham Chase for approximately 2 miles, passing garage on left. The Black Dog public house on right, The Forge public house on left.
At next crossroads, turn left into Upper Church Road, sign posted Shirrell Heath/Swanmore/New Place, passing Samuel's Rest public house on right, recreation ground on left.
After 400 yards (at the junction) turn left. New Place entrane is on the left after 100 yards.
 

Travelling westbound on the M27

Exit at Junction 10 sign posted Alton A32. Travel to roundabout, take second exit heading towards Wickham, passing Garage on left before steep hill.
Travel to next roundabout, take first exit heading towards Wickham, passing Shell garage on right, Wickham square on right (through traffic lights).
Travel to next set of traffic lights/crossroads. Continue straight, passing fruit and vegetable store on right. Follow road approximately 800 yards, turn right, sign posted Shirrell Heath/Swanmore/New Place. The entrance to New Place is 800 yards on left.  

Travelling Eastbound from Southampton on the M27

Exit at Junction 7 sign posted Hedge End A334. Follow signs to Botley. Travel through village, straightover at traffic lights, passing Co-op store on left. Continue to roundabout, take third exit, heading towards Botley, passing petrol station on left, Nissan garage on right.
Coninue through village of Botley, heading towards Curdridge, passing petrol station on left, The Railway Inn public house on right.
Continue on A334, bearing to the right at the top of the hill. Travel approximately 3 miles, passing Gravel Hill House rest home on right at top of steep hill, garage sales at bottom of hill on left, Wickham vineyard on left, The Wheatsheaf public house on left  at top of hill.
Continue to T-junction at end of road. Turn left onto B2177 sign posted Bishops Waltham. Turn immediately right sign posted Shirrell Heath/Swanmore/New Place. New Place entrance is 800 yards on the left.
